Grape: 100% Garganega

Vineyard: Old volcanic terraces at 400–450 m a.s.l., Guyot-trained vines 30–60 years old

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeast in cement vats, aged 8 months on lees in stainless steel

Tasting: Notes of white peach, wildflowers, and herbs. Lively and textured, great depth and salinity

Alcohol: 12%

Serving Temp: 10–12°C

Pairings: Grilled white fish, polenta, eggs, cured meats

Production: 20,000 bottles
